The challenge
A fast-growing payments company was constrained by ageing on-premise data centres: releases were monthly, scaling for peak traffic was manual, and infrastructure costs grew faster than revenue.
Our solution
We designed a governed AWS landing zone, containerised 140 services onto Amazon EKS with Terraform and GitOps, and executed a wave-based migration with blue-green cutovers and full observability.
