Dispatch relied on phone calls and WhatsApp. Drivers had no single place for jobs, documents and payments, and shippers couldn't track deliveries in real time.

We designed and shipped a Flutter app for drivers and shippers, backed by a Node.js platform with live GPS tracking, digital proof-of-delivery and AI-assisted route optimisation.
