Six plants ran on 12 disconnected systems and spreadsheets. Inventory was reconciled by hand, month-end close took nine days, and leadership had no real-time view of margins.

We mapped every core process, built a modular ERP covering procurement, inventory, production planning and finance, and integrated it with the existing CRM and payment gateways — rolled out plant by plant.
